Core platform
Upload .xlsx or .csv files, map columns once and reuse the mapping. Checks flag missing dates, negative balances, duplicate invoice IDs, currency mismatches and unmapped customers before anything reaches a run.
Edit loss rates by ageing bucket and segment, with historical and adjusted rates side by side and a visible forward-looking adjustment. Every change needs a reason and creates a new version.
Each run pins the exact data and assumption version it used, so it can be reproduced on request. Results break down by bucket, stage and segment, with movement against the prior period.
Preparers submit, reviewers approve, and approval locks the period. Draft, calculated, in review and approved statuses are always visible.
Provision matrix, ECL reconciliation, ageing summary and assumptions log in XLSX and PDF. Every export carries the run ID, assumption version and generation time.
An append-only event log with filters and export, plus a read-only auditor role that can see and export everything but change nothing.
